Excellent Stay Near Tivoli
friendly staff clean room attentive staff
The staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. The room was clean and the WiFi worked well, meeting all my business requirements. I could work efficiently. The bar was quite cute, and the staff were very attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to colleagues.
The distance to the city center was a bit long. It took about 25-30 minutes to walk.

spacious layout good variety
the room featured blackout curtains. it also had a spacious layout. the executive lounge breakfast offered a very good variety. the bacon was the best i had ever eaten.
the hotel felt slightly old and used.

lovely riverside experience
canal location friendly staff helpful concierge
the hotel is located right on the canal. it made it easy to walk to most places. there is a bus stop right in front (very convenient!). the staff, including the front desk, executive lounge, housekeeping, and concierge, were professional and friendly. i really appreciated rania, the concierge, for her helpfulness discussing activities.
the executive lounge was quite busy. i noticed limited food options and also limited drinks. soft drinks were even locked unless it was evening (a bit inconvenient).

the staff was accommodating and made the birthday celebration special (a nice touch!). from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone seemed eager to assist and ensure the stay was nice. their attentiveness stood out.

the breakfast buffet included eggs, meats, muffins, croissants, fruits, and vegetables. there were lots of beverages available (i always appreciate a wide selection!). it offered a good start to the day.

underwhelming experience
worn room missing supplies
the location near the canal made it easy to walk to many attractions.
The room felt old and worn. It did not meet expectations. the bathroom wasn't clean, and basic supplies like toilet paper were missing. this fell short of what i expect from a hotel at this price point.

decent location but the hotel felt outdated
outdated room trip hazard
the location was decent and within walking distance of the city center it was easy to explore the area.
the room felt dated it had a shower and tub combination with a curtain in a hotel i expected more. i also noticed the threshold between the room and bathroom stuck out it was a trip hazard my family injured their toes.
